Privacy Policy

The short version: we collect four details from the quote form, we give them to one installer so they can call you, and we do not sell them to anyone. The clauses below set that out properly.
1. The entity responsible
sydneysyntheticturf.com.au trades as Sydney Turf Quotes and is operated by Kerbside Websites (ABN 78 654 691 111). Kerbside Websites is the entity accountable for personal information handled through this site.
2. Information collected from you
The quote form asks for a name, a contact phone number, a suburb or postcode, and the type of work you are enquiring about. That is the complete list. Payment details are never requested or held. We do not collect sensitive information within the meaning of the Privacy Act, and you should not send any through the form.
3. Information collected automatically
Privacy-respecting analytics record aggregate technical data such as which pages are viewed and an approximate region derived from an IP address. This is read in aggregate to judge which pages earn their place on the site. It is not used to build a profile of you.
4. Purpose of use
Your enquiry exists to be answered. We use it to introduce you to a vetted installer covering your area so that they can arrange a measure and a quote. It is not repurposed for unrelated marketing unless you have separately agreed to that.
5. Disclosure to others
Two parties receive your enquiry: the installer matched to your suburb, and Web3Forms, the form-processing provider that delivers submissions to us by email. Beyond those, we disclose personal information only where the law requires it.
6. McKays Grass Seeds
Kerbside Websites shares ownership interests with McKays Grass Seeds, an Australian lawn care business that this site occasionally cites. The two operations keep separate customer records. Sending a quote enquiry here does not pass your details to McKays.
7. Cookies and similar technologies
Minimal cookies or local storage may be used for basic site functions, together with analytics as described in clause 3. Cross-site tracking is not used and data is not sold to advertising networks.
8. Security
Form submissions travel over an encrypted connection, and we apply reasonable technical and organisational safeguards to the information we hold. No system is perfectly secure and we do not claim otherwise.
9. Your rights under the APPs
You may ask what we hold about you, have it corrected, or have it deleted. Requests can be made through the quote form or the contact point in clause 11, and we will respond within a reasonable period.
10. Amendments
This policy may change. The date at the top records the most recent revision, and continuing to use the site after a revision indicates acceptance of it.
